I bought a box of colorful cup cakes to add up to Val’s mini birthday celebration. However, I forgot to buy a small candle to have something to wish and blow.

The next day – April 3rd, he had to take a rest before our planned extended dinner celebration. But we were unable to go to Port Seafoods Restaurant for he woke up one hour late than our planned time to leave. We assumed that the buffet dinner would start from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and we couldn’t maximize our time if we arrive at 8 p.m.

He still tried not to spoil our excitement so he decided to have a buffet lunch at Port the next day. He got up and took a bath then dressed for our night out. Actually, it was just a simple road trip from Alberto’s Pizza at Paseo to IT Park in Lahug.

Before we took a night stroll at Asiatown IT Park, we first finished an 11-inch Alberto’s Full House pizza. It has everything on a thin crust dough. So yummy!

There were new buildings in IT Park when we took a night stroll. We walked around The Walk to see its new restaurants and coffee shops. There were several peeps jogging around the park and some group of friends and a few families taking pictures, too.

Val and I took a swift pace about the park before we continued to the other side of IT Park. Other than The Walk, there were other new buildings as well. And before we called it a night, we were lured further to Cheesecake Etc. This is my favorite cake stall in SM and Ayala Malls yet I hoped one day I would have a treat of one of their expensive cakes with Val and so that night it was granted.

I had a Choco Berry and Jello Parfait while Val opted for Choco True Classic and Iced Cappuccino. Our bill for the desserts is equivalent to a buffet dinner for two in Port Seafoods Restaurant. Hehe…
